Rules

  1. Buyer can register his name with address, email ID and phone numbers;
  2. Buyer will get OTP as soon registration is done;
  3. Buyer will enter OTP that sent to registered mobile number for mobile verification;

Service

  1. We sit with the buyer and seller for price negotiation and finalization with 100% honesty and justice;
  2. We will provide all information required to seller and buyer with open mind and genuineness;
  3. We will do detailed diligence of the property for buyer and seller;
  4. Collection of all land document from seller / concerned statutory authorities;
  5. Cross verification of land documents and submission of report to seller;
  6. Legal Scrutiny and report engaging expert property consultant / lawyer in this line;
  7. Preparation of Agreement for Sale and Sale Deed;
  8. viii. All support service for the registration of document;
  9. Transfer of property from the seller to buyer in Revenue Records
  10. Once the legal scrutiny is done and cleared by us, we will be responsible for anything going wrong with regard to the documents unless it involves huge forgery
  11. The above services will be made available to seller at actual cost plus our nominal service charges.
