Rules

1. Any one can register as Agent against the payment per registration with his address, phone number and email ID;
2. Agent can upload and list properties on payment of selected our premium plans
3. Agent can list owner’s property only with the consent of owner;
4. Property negotiation will take place only with the owner, potential buyer and the agent.
5. Buyer meeting will not be arranged unless owner introduced to TNK Real Estate & Co.

Service

1. Identification of buyer by direct and indirect marketing strategies;
2. We produce digital documents for high value properties and us it for sales promotion;
3. We help the agent for proper property listing with complete description of the property with google map location and appropriate images freely
4. We help agent to consolidate all required documents and help scrutinize the same with legal opinion for the ready perusal of buyer;
5. The above services will be made available to agent at actual cost plus our service charges.
6. A mutually agreed agreement will be discussed and signed before taking up the job of an agent
